When you think of Limited Service Listings, Flat Fee Listings or MLS Only Listings, the first thing that pops into a homeowners mind is this. "This company is going to take my money to list my home in the MLS and disappear" or "The cost for any extra services is overwhelmingly expensive."
Yah. That's usually the scenario, but not here. Summerfield Real Estate is a licensed real estate firm in NC that allows you to choose the level of service you want. At the price you want. Your taking the initiative to handle the sales side of this transaction yourself which is a big task. We are here to give you a helping hand by providing you with some basic tools that will assist you with achieving your goal. All contracts are 3 months long and we have a no termination fee, no questions asked policy when terminating your listing at anytime. At the end of the 3 months you have 2 other options. You can extend your listing another 3 months for $75 or you can switch to a full service listing. If your home sells under the full service listing, we'll give you a full credit of what you paid prior to switching. (noted on the HUD-1 as a credit to seller from listing agents commission)

10 laser printed full color informational books to display in your home for prospective buyers - includes school assignments, disclosures, additional photos and your personal statement as to why you love your home.
Appointment setting through Centralized Showing Services - No more talking with Realtors unless there's further interest or an offer
Receive feedback directly to your e-mail and check on your showings through your own personal and secure webpage assigned to you through Centralized Showing Services.
DVD with all documents, photos, flyers and a copy of your virtual tour

Package 3: Look like a pro - $450

Includes everything in packages 1 & 2 plus:

Your own .com web address for your listing with unlimited changes
Realtor on call for assistance in the writing of your contract
Realtor on call for participation in negotiations of offers to purchase and advise on the merits
Realtor on call to assist with the presentation of counter offers
Realtor e-blast when you offer 4% commission to buyers agents - Reach over 4,000 realtors twice per month (example)
