What Is My Purpose As A Real Estate Agent?
There is this idea that is programmed into an agent at almost every sales meeting; "Buyers and sellers buy the AGENT not the AGENCY they work for." I believe, that that is not quite right. Buyers and Sellers buy the EXPERIENCE. Not the agent, not the company. They buy into who is convincing enough to make them feel at ease. Some call this buying into the agent, but I still see it as buying into the experience. Not one of my clients have said "Daniele, lets drag this out a little longer shall we?" Exceptional client experience sprouts from the feeling of belonging and being connected to the experience of buying or selling a home. This is an emotional time and I remove the pain from the process and give you the experience of a lifetime!
I attended Franklin Pierce Law Center and majored in Accounting, but after a semester or two, I realized that no matter how well I was doing, it was boring and I needed a change. So why did I choose this profession over all others? Donald J. Trump, one of the greatest men I know, used the acronym F.O.C.U.S; Follow One Course Until Successful and in my library of books written by Mr. Trump I came across these other impactful words of his. "It's tangible, it's solid, it's beautiful. It's artistic from my standpoint, and I just love real estate."
