service you want. At the price you want. Your taking the initiative
to handle the sales side of this transaction yourself which is a big
task. We are here to give you a helping hand by providing you with

contracts are 3 months long and we have a no termination fee, no
questions asked policy when terminating your listing at anytime. At the end of the
3 months you have 2 other options. You can extend your listing
another 3 months for $75 or you can switch to
a full service listing. If your home sells under the full service
listing, we'll give you a full credit of what you paid prior to
switching. (noted on the HUD-1 as a credit to seller from listing agents
commission)
