Some Of The
Forms You Will See During A Transaction
These forms, and others, are provided to you by your real
estate agent during the pre-listing appointment or during your
buyers interview, but wouldn't it be nice to know what you'll be
looking at BEFORE your appointments? Click on the PDF
Icon and download these to your desktop for later viewing.
Tip for Sellers
and FSBO's in the
Flat Fee Listing program:
Print out the Property Disclosure form and surprise your
agent with a completed copy during your pre-listing interview as this needs to be completed by you without the influence of
your agent.

NEW
As
of January 1, 2010 all closings will be required to use the new HUD
1 settlement statement.
If your closing occurred prior to January 1, 2010 the old form is
all that is required. While the new form resembles its old form,
there are significant changes on page 2. This will give a buyer a clearer picture of what they have
been quoted by their lender as opposed to what they are actually
paying for at the closing table.
If you have any questions, please contact your real estate professional.
